Shree H.L. Patel Arts and Commerce College has opened doors for Skill Enhancement and Internships for students under NEP-2020.

With the implementation of the New Education Policy (NEP-2020), efforts have intensified to make education skill-based rather than just book-oriented.
Taking a significant step in this direction, Bhayavadar's Shree H.L.Patel Arts and Commerce College has entered into the MOU( Memorandum of understanding)
with three prominent industrial units in Dhoraji, paving pathways for internships and on-the-job training.
Partnership with three leading companies:
Approximately sixty-three students from the Arts and Commerce streams (twenty-one in each unit) will gain insights from the following companies as 'Skill Knowledge Providers':
1.
Patel Agri Export (Nut But): Providing practical experience in the agro-export sector.
2.
Rangoli Delights Private Limited: Offering understanding of management and operations in the food industry.
3.
Zapoli Foods (Zapoli Bakers): Teaching lessons in manufacturing and marketing.
To Fulfill the goals of NEP-2020:
According to this understanding, students will invest at least one hundred twenty hours each semester on internships, which will count towards their academic credit.
The main aim of this initiative is to make students 'employable' by acquainting them with real industry work alongside theoretical knowledge.
